At RBL Theory, our business is identity-based inclusion, by offering expertly designed workshops & trainings tailored to your specific organizational needs. ● Workshops are participant-driven, specially designed to help attendees create a safe and inclusive community through a series of conversations, games of strategy, and more. ● Trainings, led by Resa B. Lovelace, inform and educate participants on the organization’s problem areas and then walk through detailed steps to solutions.
